Cheese Share Available for 2012

Something new for 2012, we are attempting to launch a Cheese Share for 2012.  We have been working on this for the better part of the winter with Cranberry Ridge Farm who has recently relocated operations from Alaska!  We finally have the logistics in place to assure supply, quality, and of course taste to offer this to our dedicated share members.  Since this is a new endeavor for CSA-CNY, we are only offering the Cheese Share in 8 – week increments.  Similar to the Egg Share, the Cheese share is only available to members who participate in the Full-Season Share for $75 for the eight weeks.

2012 Shares Available

Spring is in full swing and the season has adjusted to some degree back to a more normal pattern…  for today!  Cool night, crisp day.  Tomorrow could be completely different!  We welcome back Kyong Soh to Grindstone Farm and the great energy that she brings to her efforts there as the CSA Coordinator.

The early sign up deadline has passed, but we still have a lot of space available for full season shares.  Grindstone Farm is in full swing with the hay grove covered and seedlings are well established.   The Planning Group has been working hard through out the spring along with Grindstone Farm to line up other potential growers for the coming 2012 season.  Please visit this site for more information in the future.  To sign up visit the  Join page for all the details of this year’s shares and to sign up today.
